At Storvik, each project is handled by a team of project managers that lead the overall development process with an aim to achieving the best trade-off between time, cost and quality, in cooperation with the customer.

Each project manager is assigned to a specific project so that the close relationship with the customer allows the team to properly identify the customer needs and development process. As a result, we can customize our project management best practices, which are based on hands-on experience, as we develop projects from concept to start of production. Our multidiscipline engineer’s team-based approach, management skills and solid technical background enables us to achieve the required results.

The international experience and open mindset of our project manager teams help them to effectively and comprehensively integrate with the processes of our customers from beginning to end of each project.
