Storvik’s foundry supplies castings in steel, grey and nodular iron mainly to the process industry with a need for consumables which provides an excellent Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Our benchmark for tapping pipes, moulds, furnace tending tools is proven to last 3-10 times longer than competitors, making our cast products one of the markets most sustainable options.

Storvik produce cast products in proprietary alloys which makes us market leading in the global aluminium industry, in addition we manufacture cast products in standard alloys.

Furnace Tending Tools

Storvik’s Furnace tending tools have proven extended lifetime, better efficiency and more consistency than conventional mild steel tools in routine furnace tending operations. These tools are currently in regular use in more than 30 casthouses around the world, assisting aluminium producers in achieving consistent furnace operations, having their furnaces ready on time and on spec.

Sow Molds & Ingot Molds

Storvik is a producer of moulds for casting of aluminium sows and ingots for major aluminium producers worldwide. Our proprietary alloys are proven by aluminium smelters for its excellent performance, increases lifetime and reduced cost of ownership.

Dross And Drain Pans

During the skimming operation of the Casthouse furnace it is generated metal into the dross.
