Both Storvik in Mosjøen and Sunndalsøra / Kristiansund has been awarded with two feasibility studies, for very promising and exiting Storvik products, by Innovation Norway.
As a result of these feasibility studies Storvik is strengthening their know-how and position in markets, which results in improved production, processes, HSE and sustainability within their specific customer areas.
In addition has Storvik Sunndalsøra been awarded with a innovation project for robotizing of welding procedures, this project will digitize and automate manual working machines.
Currently there is a large HSE impact on the operators performing manual operations, robotizing will improve significantly their HSE profiles.
